It seems when it comes to being overweight and wanting help to lose that weight, you are best going to an older doctor at your local GP surgery.

In2town Lifestyle Magazine through their research found patients who went to their local doctor to ask for help with their weight loss problem were more likely to get help from a doctor who was under the age of 40.

The research found that older doctors needed more guidance and training on how to help patients who are overweight instead of sending them away with a diet sheet that does not work.
