Xtra Factor Caroline Flack reveals she had therapy to cope with break up | Health News

Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack has revealed that she used Neuro Linguistic Programming after a long term relationship ended.


The 33 year old host of the Xtra Factor explained that when a serious long term relationship ended she was suffering from stress and needed therapy to help her deal with a number of issues.
