Powerful Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Technique Called Trance Band Helps Television Presenters lose weight

Media_httpwwwin2townc_wndzo

Leading UK Weight Loss Hypnotherapy and Gastric Band Hypnosis expert Claire Hegarty is helping celebrities to lose weight. Some Celebrities who are worried about their weight have turned their back on traditional diets and turned to Claire Hegarty and her Gastric Band Hypnotherapy technique to lose weight after hearing the UK Leading expert offer a full guarantee that her clients will become slim.

In a world where looks matter in the celebrity world and ageism has become a big worry which saw popular presenter Miriam O'Reilly sacked after being dropped from rural affairs show Countryfile in 2008 but later won her battle for unfair dismissal, celebrities are now making sure they stay in shape and look good to keep their career lasting as long as it can.

Claire Hegarty who offers free advice on weight loss over the phone by calling 0151 678 3358 or 07714 853 524 has seen an increase in the number of celebrities who have turned to her to lose weight and the weight loss expert feels the increase of celebrity clients is down to their being more reality shows on television producing overnight celebrities who instantly gain a television career.

The weight loss expert said: "With realty shows making normal people an overnight success who are younger and slimmer than a lot of the current celebrities, it is making it harder for television presenters and current celebrities to gain work and stay in work which has resulted in presenters and celebrities being more aware about their looks and using techniques to look good to prolong their career and beat off the competition."

It is not only celebrities who are using gastric band hypnotherapy, men and women from normal backgrounds who have become disappointed with diets that do not work have turned to hypnotherapy technique to lose weight.

According to a new report if men and women do not start looking after their weight and start being more aware about their bodies and healthy living then by the year 2030 nearly 40% of the UK popular could be obese which has sent a clear message that we need to start taking care of ourselves.

Claire Hegarty explained that Hypnotherapy for weight loss helps people to lose weight by retraining their mind.

According to the weight loss expert by using hypnotherapy for weight loss you are led to believe that you have had a real gastric band fitted without the surgery. This then allows you to believe that your stomach has shrunk and stops you from over eating and it reduces your calorie intake.

The weight loss expert said: "By using hypnotherapy for weight loss we will retrain your mind and increase your confidence and stop you from overeating and craving for food. Instead of overeating by using hypnotherapy which is also known as hypno band you will become full more quickly which means you no longer will crave for food."

This technique, which comes with a full guarantee by Claire Hegarty, has helped people from all different background from doctors to builders and lorry drivers as well as celebrities.

According to Claire Hegarty, it does not matter size you are you will lose weight by using gastric band hypnosis and become slimmer and healthier.

The hypnotherapy technique has become great news for people who are worried about their weight and cannot afford a real gastric band surgery operation after a leading professor wrote a report that diets do not work for most people.

Claire Hegarty feels if we start looking after ourselves and use hypnotherapy to lose weight then the estimated 40% of the popular being obese by 2030 will be vastly reduced.

Airline Staff shocked With British Airways Plans to axe 1,200 bmi jobs

Media_httpwwwin2townc_cfaib

Around 1,200 staff at bmi will lose their jobs after the takeover by British Airways, the airline has announced.

BA has started consulting unions on how to integrate the remaining 1,500 jobs at Heathrow. It insists that without its £172m acquisition of the loss-making airline from Lufthansa by BA's parent company IAG, all of the 2,700 jobs would have been lost.

Around 1,100 cabin crew, pilots and engineers will become BA employees, with 400 passenger services jobs at Heathrow's Terminal 1 also secured.

Most UK redundancies will come at bmi's head office at Castle Donington, Leicestershire, and at regional airports. The airline promised to mitigate the impact of the job losses by looking at further vacancies within BA at Heathrow and with industry partners in the Midlands, including Rolls-Royce.

Unions have vowed to fight to save as many jobs as possible.

Keith Williams, the chief executive of British Airways, said: "Bmi is heavily loss-making and is not a viable business as it stands today. Our proposals would secure around 1,500 jobs that would otherwise have been lost. As we look to restructure the business and restore profitability, job losses are deeply regrettable but inevitable. We will work with the unions to explore as many options as possible and are already working with industry partners.

"This deal is good news for our customers and will offer new destinations, new routes and new schedules in due course. For customers with bmi bookings to or from Heathrow this summer, it is business as usual and customers can continue to book with confidence."

Prospect, which represents engineers, said the news was a "body blow to local economies" with only the London airport's jobs being preserved. The union's negotiator Richard Hardy said: "Over 400 jobs will be lost in the east Midlands alone, over 100 of them high quality engineering jobs. Not only will it cause personal hardship and uncertainty for the individuals affected, it will also have a devastating knock-on impact on local businesses, shops and communities. There will be similar, though smaller, impacts in Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh."

Unite national officer Oliver Richardson said: "Bmi's future has been secured but we are very saddened at the scale of the job losses being proposed. Unite will be fighting to maintain as many jobs as possible and ensure that where vacancies exist people can be placed into suitable roles within BA.

"We are also mindful of the fact that additional jobs need to be secured at bmi Regional and bmibaby which still face an uncertain future."

The British airline pilots' association, Balpa, said it would allocate all the resources at its disposal to support pilots affected. Jim McAuslan of Balpa said: "Each job loss is a personal tragedy."

The purchase of bmi, which was cleared last month by the European commission's competition regulators, gives BA another 56 daily slot pairs at Heathrow, of which up to 14 will be available to other carriers. The IAG chief executive, Willie Walsh, said the extra slots would allow the airline to serve new destinations, make Heathrow a better hub and strengthen the UK economy.

Lifestyle News Should Six Week School Holidays Be Made Shorter

Media_httpwwwin2townc_siizx

It has been with us for so long that we have almost forgotten why schools take that six-week holiday in summer. "The story is that it’s to do with getting the harvest in during the 19th century," says Alan Dyson, Professor of Education at Manchester University. "I’m not certain that’s true but it’s certainly something that’s grown up over the years, and nobody has ever been able to challenge it very much." Until now, that is. Prime Minister David Cameron and Education Secretary Michael Gove have indicated their support for a short summer holiday and a longer school day. Nottingham is the first authority to propose abandoning the three-term school year in all its schools, moving to a five term calendar with only four weeks holiday in the summer. And academies are using their freedom from local authority control to come up with their own proposals to alter the school year. All of which means battle lines are drawn with the National Union of Teachers, which passed a resolution at its annual conference in Torquay to resist any attempts, nationally or locally, to impose changes on the school year. NUT members in Nottingham have already staged a one-day strike over that city’s proposals to move to a five term school year from 2013, cutting the summer break from six to four weeks. Are teachers defending the indefensible? Or do teachers and children really need a six-week escape from the classroom every summer? "There’s no good educational reason for having a six-week summer holiday. It’s really just a hangover from the past," says Dyson. "There’s a lot of evidence that some kids actually forget a lot of what they thought they knew over the six-week holiday and they fall behind. "Since that tends to be the kids who are not doing very well in school in the first place, it widens the gap between them and the others." "If you want kids to do well, and particularly if you want the kids who are most vulnerable to do well, then it looks like the best way to do is not to have long breaks but more even breaks. "On the other hand, if children are forgetting things over six weeks, the real question is did they know them in the first place?" But isn’t there something to be said for the freedom children enjoy during that long summer break, and the lessons in life they may learn? "Time off, total freedom certainly is good for a child," says Dyson. "It’s a question of whether you need six weeks of it in one big block. But children only spend a minority of their time in school, so what happens outside schools is more important than what happens in school." What about the teachers? One such, Sheena Wheatley, from Nottingham, told the NUT conference that the new term structure would have "a major effect on our workload and ultimately our health". This was a "major attack on our conditions of service", she said. But do teachers really need a six-week summer break? "No. And I speak as somebody who was a teacher for many years, and I used to love the six-week holidays," says Dyson. "But I couldn’t say it was in any way essential. "Yes, there are stresses and strains in teaching, and people do need a bit of down time from that. But there are stresses and strains in lots of jobs and the suggestion is not to reduce the overall length of holidays, as I understand it, but how you block them out through the year. Nobody needs a six-week block. "You need some time off, and you need a reasonable time off, but teachers are not exactly short of holidays." What about the parents: do they want or need that six-week summer school holiday? "There are problems for lots of families about how you arrange extended periods of child care," says Dyson. "Those problems might be a little bit easier if instead of having this big long block, what we had were shorter blocks of time. "But it seems to be that if you are going to do this, it needs to be a national change. "At the moment you are getting individual schools changing all sorts of times and arrangements, and what then happens is that if you are a family with children at different schools, you’ve got to make different arrangements for each of your children, and that becomes quite difficult. "It needs to be something that’s not left up to individual schools or individual authorities." With the matter of cuts to public sector pensions still unresolved, the possible demise of the six-week break gives teachers another source of conflict with the government. Could we be returning to the bad old days of Margaret Thatcher’s fractious relationship with the teaching profession? "Unfortunately, any group of workers, if they try to defend their conditions will always be cast, particularly by a Conservative government, as enemies of the people. There’s not a lot you can do about that," says Dyson. "The teachers are right to defend their position, but the six weeks in itself is not very defensible. It’s not one you’d want to go to the stake for."
