Claire Hegarty who claims she offers a guarantee to help people to lose weight but when asked by relevant organisations to show case studies that she can prove she can guarantee weight loss, she never manages to provide the results.
The chester hypnotherapy consultant advertises on her site that she can guarantee weight loss but never shows any pictures on her site of people who have lost weight with her unlike Hypno Band
who provide proof that their service works.
Due to a complaint by a previous customer, who said that Claire Hegarty offered him a guarantee and it did not work, the ASA investigated Claire Hegarty and told her to stop advertising that she can guarantee her work.

The media have asked time and time again to show proof that she can help people to lose weight but Claire Hegarty who works out of a health clinic on a rent daily basis has never managed to show the media her proof.
Claire Hegarty who charges thousands of pounds for her service is still promising results but without any proof which makes me wonder, why would anyone pay for a service where she is not showing
proof on her site. Does the service work and why is she charging so much when everyone else charges a good price.
